OPENING

As fans enter the final season of ABC's LOST, there are fundamental questions that remain unanswered, and to the fear of some, cast by the wayside. The show's popularity was spawned, in part, by the Internet churning and digestion of each episode in wild attempts to try to figure out the Big Picture. For five seasons, the enigma remains: What is the Big Picture?

The Premise of the show is still shrouded in mystery, red herrings, lies, double crossing characters and strange tangents. There is a minority of long time viewers that have been critical of how the story line(s) have unfolded by the Powers that Be (TPTB). One complaint has been that TPTB say things in interviews which may lead or mislead viewers who are trying to figure out answers within the context of the Show itself.

During this final hiatus, I reviewed not the video but the LOST community blogs (archives) where I have lurked, posted, commented and speculated with other fans. Reading the posts were like reading a novel on a roller coaster ride; things change quickly from episode to episode, season to season. So in order to help review, re-think and find the Big Premise of the Show prior to the final season, I created this blog to help sort things out.
